Biscuit cake is made easily with parle glucose biscuit, sugar and cocoa powder. whenever we want to celebrate birthday of our children in the building, we make this easy cake and they love it. It is easy, healthy and tasty too.
EASY BISCUIT CAKE
Preparation time : 10 mts
Cooking time: 7-10 mts in microwave mode
Serves : 5-8 people
Ingredients:
600 gm Parle glucose biscuit
10 tbs Sugar
4 tbs Ghee
4 tsp Cocoa powder
600 ml Cold milk
1 tsp Cooking soda
1 tsp baking powder
Method:
Grind together the biscuits, cocoa powder, sugar and soda bicarb finely in a mixer. Take it in a mixing bowl, add the ghee and milk and mix it well. It should be of a pouring consistency . Grease a glass bowl with ghee on all sides, pour the batter in it and bake in microwave mode for 7 minutes. Allow to stand for 10-15 minutes. De mould it and pour chocolate syrup on it. Decorate as per your choice and consume as early as possible.
Make it in one lot or two as per the availability of cake tin.
