CORN SUNDAL, CORN CHUNDAL, CORN SUNDAL, CORN CHUNDAL

Corn Sundal can be made with sweet corns or the dried corns soaked in water.  this can be served for snacks or as chaat with onion, tomatoes and little chaat masala or served as sundal.



Let us see the recipe now:

1 cup corn kernels
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp urid dal
1 tsp oil
salt as required.
curry leaves
1/2 tsp lime juice

Masala

fresh coconut grated 1 tbsp with green chilli coarsely ground or
gun powder and grated coconut for garnishing or
chilli powder and bits of coconut

garnishing

chopped coriander leaves.

Method:

Boil the corns with salt. drain and keep aside.
heat oil in a kadai add the mustard seeds and urid dal 
when it is done add the curry leavaes
add the corns and saute for a minute.
add the masalas as per your choice
add the lime juice
garnish with chopped coriander leaves

serve hot.
