Raw mango sweet pachadi is made with raw mango and jaggery. During the season, this dish is almost part of the menu once in a week in our house. It is a very easy and simple prepartion and served with plain hot rice and papad.
Tempering:

2 small sized raw mangoes
1 big gooseberry size jiggery.
Turmeric powder
¼ tsp chilli powder
Salt
Tempering:
½ tsp oil
1 tsp mustard seeds
¼ tsp fenugreek seeds
2-3 broken pieces of red chilli.
Method:
2. Cook the same in 2 cups of water with salt and turmeric powder
3. When it is cooked smash it with churner
4. Add the chilli powder, jaggery and cook till jaggery melts.
5. Temper with the items mentioned above.

Serve hot with plain rice, or accompaniment for dal rice,
It is a nice accompaniment for molagootal also.
