When one is on the diet, have to follow the dishes of healthy and diet friendly. Oats helps in controlling cholestrol and makes a good breakfast viz. poridge with milk or butter milk, with some fruits and milk, dosa, idli etc.
I decided to make oats dosa today for the breakfast. It is very easy to make and tasty too with sambhar and chutney.

Ingredients:
1/2 cup rice rava

oats |
handful of coriander leaves
a small piece of ginger
2-3 garlic pods
1 tsp cumin seeds
a pinch of asafoetida
2-3 green chilli (according to your taste)
salt
Method:
1. Soak the rice rava, oats for one hour.
2. Add all other ingredients and grind to a smooth paste like you make the normal dosa batter.

3. Heat a non stick tava.
4. Grease the same with oil and pour one laddleful of batter and spread it.

6. Oats dosa is ready to serve.
How to serve:
serve hot wth chutney, sambhar.
