Banana dosa, we used to make very often. This is my mother in law's recipe and I learned the same from her. She used to make banana adai also. I have posted few adai recipes shall give the link below.
This is a very easy recipe to make and can be served as breakfast with chutney or sambhar. Dosa batter is always available in a South Indian household hence making this dish is very easy.

Serves: 1
Ingredients:
1 cup dosa batter
1 raw banana peeled and sliced
½ tsp chilli powder
½ tsp black pepper powder
¼ tsp chaat masala
Method:
2. Peel the banana and slice it and put it in water to remove the stains. For removing the stains, you can add salt or a teaspoon ful of curd or butter milk and turmeric powder also.

3. Heat a non stick tava or the normal tava.
4. Apply some oil in it and wipe with a cut potato or onion. This is done to avoid sticking dosa on the tava.
5. Remove and wash the sliced banana and put the same back in fresh water.
6. Remove one slice, dip it in the dosa batter and place it on the tava. Repeat the process and place the dipped banana slices in a circular motion on the tava.
7. If there is gap, fill it with dosa batter.

8. Pour little oil from the sides and allow to cook. Flip the dosa to cook the other side also.
How to serve:
Serve with coconut chutney, ginger chutney or any other chutney or morukootan.
