Preparation time: 30-45 mts
Cooking time: 30 minutes
Makes around 40-45 pcs.
Shelf life: hot and fresh.
Ingredients:
1) 11/2 cup badam
2) 6 tsp rice flour
3) 6 tsp gram flour (besan)
4) 1 onion finely chopped.
5) 1/2 cup finely chopped coriander leaves
5) 1/2 cup finely chopped coriander leaves
6) 6 slices of bread
Salt
Black pepper powder, black salt, chat masala, chilli powder as per your taste
Oil for frying.
Method:
1. Soak the almonds for 3-4 hours.
2. Remove the skin and powder the same in the food processor.
3. Cut the sides of the bread and crush it.
4. Mix all the ingredients to form a dough. If required, add little water
ensure that the dough is in the form to make round or elongated shape.
