Methi sprouts is one of the healthiest sprouts, good for diabetic people. This is a diet friendly subzi. The sprouts can be made at home. After soaking the methi, you must wash thoroughly and keep the same covered to sprout.

Preparation time: 10 minutes
cooking time: 10 minutes
serves 1-2
Ingredients:
1/2 cup methi sprouts
3 tbsp tomato masala (paste)
1 tsp dhania powder
1/4 tsp cumin seeds
1/4 tsp garam masala
salt to adjust
1 tsp oil
1 tsp mustard seeds
few curry leaves
garnishing
chopped coriander leaves
Method:
1. Heat oil in a kadai. add the cumin and mustard seeds. when it splutters, add the curry leaves. 2. Add the methi sprouts and saute for 2-3 minutes.
3. Add the dhania powder, saute for another 2 minutes. add the tomato paste, mix well. adjust the salt as there is salt in the tomato masala, cover and cook for another 3 minutes.
4. If you want in a gravy form, can add little water.
5. Switch off gas, add garam masala, mix and leave it for five minutes.
6. Your sprouts subzi is ready.
How to serve:
serve it along with rice, roti, phulkas.
