Here is an easy Dosa with the Plain Rice flour along with Bachelor Sambhar. Do try. You can say that this is a Bachelor's recipe.

Serves: 2
Ingredients:
1 Cup Rice Flour
Water
Salt
Oil
Method:
Step 1
Mix the salt in the Rice Flour. Add water and make a dosa batter and keep for two hours.
Step 2
Heat the tava, drizzle some oil. Pour a laddleful of batter. Drizzle Oil. Cook both the sides
How to serve:
Serve with Sambhar /Chutney.
