DILL LEAVES STIR FRY l DILL LEAVES SUBZI l SHEPU KA SUBZI l SUVA SUBZI

Dill Leaves Stir fry is a side dish prepared for Chapati.  You can serve this also with Dal rice.  It is a healthy subzi hence you must include this in your menu once in a week definitely.






Let us look  at the recipe now:

Ingredients:

25 gms Dill Leaves chopped
1 Onion
2 Garlic Cloves
1Green chilli
Salt
Turmeric

Tempering:

1 Tsp Oil
Mustard Seeds
Cumin seeds

Method:

Step 1

Clean the Dill Leaves and pick the leaves with tender stems.  Wash them in salt water two to three times and chop them.

Step 2

Heat oil. Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds.  Add green chilli, garlic cloves, onion, saute till translucent.  Add the soaked Moongdal, Chopped dill leaves.  Add Salt and Turmeric powder, mix well, cover and cook for 5 minutes.  Garnish with grated coconuts.  If you want you can add roasted crushed peanuts also

How to serve:

Serve with Chapati, Phulka or Rice.
