2 - 3 large cucumbers
1 glass of water
a generous pinch of black pepper powder
a pinch of roasted cumin powder
a small piece of ginger
3-4 tbsp sugar
1/4 tsp black salt
Method:
wash and trim the cucumbers and cut into cubes.
put it in the blender along with all other ingredients except honey and blend it smoothly.
you can serve it as it is chilled with honey or strain it and add honey and serve or with ice cubes. as you wish.
