Junglee rolls

Junglee rolls is very easy to make if you have dosa/idli batter with you.  left over batter can also be used.
what you need is grated veggies viz. carrots, beetroot, cabbage, chopped onions, sweet corns and coriander leaves and little chaat masala and chutney.  A healthy and diet friendly.  If you are not worried about your health, you can garnish with some grated cheese too.

Normally, kids do not eat all the vegetables.  By adding vegetables in these kind of dishes, we can make them to eat.  They will definitely enjoy.

Let us go to the kitchen to see how it is cooked:

Ingredients:

1 cup idli/dosa batter
1 medium size carrot grated
1 small beetroot grated
1/2 cup cabbage shredded
1 onion finely chopped
1/4 cup coriander leaves chopped
1 tsp chaat masala
1/2 cup chutney (i used snakegourd chutney)  snake-gourd-chutney-padval-chutney.html
oil

Method:

Heat a  tava (can use non stick too)  apply some oil and wipe it with onion so that the dosa does not stick to the tava.

Pour laddleful of batter and spread the dosa.  when it is slighly cooked, spread one to two teaspoon chutney over it.  now place the veggies one by one on top of it and finally with the chopped coriander leaves and sprinkle some chaat masala,  by the time, the dosa will be cooked.  roll it and take out from the tava.  Place it on a plate and cut it.  serve with sauce, chutney as you wish.
