Let us look at the recipe now:

Ingredients:

Big Raw mangoes                             1.5 kg.
K Pra mango masala packet              100 gms (u can get it in malls)
Oil                                                     600 ml
Big Glass bowl                                   1
Wooden spoon                                   1

Method:

Normally, these mangoes are cut by the vendor by himself with the seed along with it.  According to your requirement, he will cut the same big or small  in size, the way you want it.

After bringing home the same, I just washed it, pat dried and kept under the fan for half an hour to dry.
Put them in the glass bowl, add the K Pra mango masala powder in it, mix well and keep aside for 3 days.
Every day keep on stirring it , cover and keep it back.
4th day, heat the oil in a kadai and switch off gas, allow to cool the same. mix it with the mangoes
Mix the pickle once again and fill it in the glass bottles.
Pour the oil on top of it.
Please note that the oil level should be above the pickle.

When the mango becomes tender, start using it.
