Hi Viewers, after a long long time, I am back to the blogging and posting recipes. This recipe is a price winning recipe in which I took part and really happy to share with you all. This has got a very special ingredient i.e. Methi sprouts which is very good for health and got various medicinal values.
Since I could not take out the photograph individually, I am posting the same photographs in all the three recipes i.e. Methi Sprouts, broccoli, yoghurt soup, Broccoli, Methi sprouts rice and Methi sprouts broccoli paratha.
Wheat flour – ½ cup
Maida – 2 tbsp
Curd – 2 tbsp
Salt – as required
Oil - 1
tsp + oil or ghee for making paratha
Stuffing:
Broccoli
florets 50 gms
Methi sprouts 20 gms
Onion 1/2 or small one chopped
(you can saute the onion in little oil, cool and then add to the stuffing)

Paneer 20 gms
Cheese cube (optional) 1
Hung curd (optional) 1 tbsp

Salt as required.
Masalas:
½ tsp garam masala, ½ tsp green chilli paste, ¼
tsp turmeric powder, ½ tsp chat masala, generous pinch of black pepper and
amchur powder.
Method:
Step 1
In a mixing bowl, put the flour, salt and mix
well. Add the curd, mix well and add
water as required and make the dough.
Apply one tsp oil, cover and keep the dough.
Step 2
In a sauce pan put 1 cup of water and little
salt and bring to boil. Wash the broccoli
and put it in the boiling water and cook for one minute. Take out the broccoli and drain the excess
water from it. Put the methi seeds in
the same boiling water and cook for a minute.
Drain and remove excess water.
Step 3
Finely chop the broccoli and crush the methi
seeds. In a mixing bowl put the chopped
broccoli, onion, crushed methi sprouts, mashed paneer and put the masalas,
salt and mix well. Filling is ready
Step 4
To prepare the paratha:
Divide the dough into four portions and roll
out chapatis. Take Two chapatis, fill
the stuffing in one chapatti and cover with the one and seal the sides. Heat tava and place it on the tava. Cook both the sides till brown spots appear
by applying oil or ghee.

Roll out small roti, fill the stuffing, gather together and remove extra dough and then you roll out the paratha as you do for the stuffed paratha.

Serve hot with curd, pickle.
