Ice cream with the king of fruit, especially in the summer season, who will say no. Since last year, I wanted to post this recipe, but could not do it.
I have made this ice cream without adding any chemicals to stabilize the same. Very simple and easy method, but delicious too with little topping of chocolate sauce on it. It was yummilicious.

Let us look at the recipe now:
2 Alphonso mangoes
100 gm milk maid
100 gm fresh cream
1/4 cup milk
Method:
Peel the mangoes, chop them, put them in blender with milk, milk maid ( I used Neslte milk maid) and make a smooth past of it.
If you prefer, bit chunks in between do not grind to a fine paste. Put the fresh cream (I used amul freshcream) and whip it till peak forms.
Now mix the mango, milk maid puree in the cream,mix well
Transfer to an airtight container and freeze it.
If crystals are formed, take out, beat it and put back in the freezer.
when it is set, serve with mango pieces on top of it or with chocolate sauce.
