TIPS


1)  While making Lady's finger/okra/bhindi/vendakkaya/vendakka subzi  or any subzi which are having the sticky nature - add a spoonful of suji/semolina/rava - the subzi will not be sticky.

2)  Before cutting raw banana, apply salt in your hand  and on the knife - the stain will not stick to your hand



3)  Put the chopped banana stem, banana in water mixed with curd or butter milk to remove the stain from the vegetables.

4)  after cutting apples, apply little bit of lime juice on it to avoid discoloration.

5)  After cutting brinjal put them in turmeric water to avoid discoloration.

6)  while preparing dosa, keep the spatula in water, this helps in flipping the dosa very easily.
