ROTI SEV PURI

I have already posted sev puri.  Now I am presenting the roti sev puri.  this is made with left over roti, tasty and healthy too. what you need is the left over rotis, chutneys, chopped tomatoes, onion and nylon sev. your roti sev puri is ready.  I have also posted masala roti.  You can view the videos in You Tube of these.





Let us have a look at the recipe now.

Ingredients:

1 roti/chapati
1/2 potato boiled and mashed
1 small tomato finely chopped
1 onion finely chopped
1/4 cup curd beaten (if you are making roti dahi puri)
1 tbsp green chutney
salt
chaat masala
roasted cumin powder
black salt
1/4 cup nylon sev
2 tbsp pomegranate seeds (optional)
1 tsp finely chopped mangoes (optional)
2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves

Method:

Cut the roti into small discs with a small cutter or a cap of round duba/box .  I could make seven discs out of it.  Arrange the discs in a non stick plate and place it in oven for two minutes in 100 powder to make them crisp.    divide the potatoes in seven  portions and place on the puris. put the chopped onions and tomatoes on top of it.  put the chutneys and dahi.  put the salt, chaat masala, cumin powder, black salt.  top it with nylon sev, pomegrade seeds,mangoes and garnish with chopped coriander leaves

Note:  If you want to make sev puri, do not add dahi.
