FRUIT CUSTARD l HOW TO MAKE FRUIT CUSTARD l SUMMER DISHES

Fruit custard is a delicious dish which you can served chilled any time.  But during summer season, this is quite filling as well as good since most of the time, we don't want to eat food and drink only cold items and eat ice creams.

This is a easy to prepare dish with minimum ingredients and fruits of your choice.




Let us look at the recipe now:

Ingredients:

400 mil Milk
2-3 Tsp Custard Powder
3-4 Tbs Sugar (if you want more sweet add accodingly)

Fruits:

Apple, Chiku, Grapes, Mango, Pomegranate, Banana etc.

Method:

Step 1

Take  2 tbsp of cold milk and mix the custard powder and keep aside.  Boil the milk when it is boiled add sugar and boil for another 10 minutes.  Add the custard milk and keep stirring else it will stick to the bottom of the vessel.

When it is slightly thickened, switch off flame and allow to cool.  Stir in  between.

Step 2

Cut the fruits into small bits and add to the milk.  Refrigerate and serve cold.
