PEAS PARATHA

Green peas parathas are shallow fried Indian bread which can be served from breakfast to dinner.  we can just have plain with tea also.  Also can be served  with curd, pickle or any kind of gravy subzi.






Let us look at the recipe now:

Preparation time: 30 minutes
cooking time: 15 minutes
Yield: 6 parathas

Ingredients;

1/2 cup green peas  cooked and crushed nicely
1 cup wheat flour
1/2 tsp  3 G paste 
1./2 tsp garam masala powder
1/4 tsp coriander powder
a pinch of asafoetida and cumin powder
1 onion finely chopped
1tbsp white butter
salt

Method:

In a mixing bowl, mix all the ingredients.  add water little by little to make a pliable dough.  divide into equal part.

Take out one portion, roll out.  Heat non stick tava, cook both the sides with oil or ghee as you wish.
serve hot with curd, pickle or any kind of gravy vegetables.
