Tender tamarind leaves (known as Chintachiguru or Chintakku in Andhra) chutney is the speciality of Andhra and it is very spicy. It has to be spicy otherwise, you will not know the real taste of it. I have been longing to post this recipe since long, but could do it today only as I came across the tender leaves of tamarind so took the opportunity to make it.
