Curry leaves have got several medicinal properties and helps in curing stomach related ailments, grow hair etc. I have posted few curry leaves recipes and the links are here:
Let us look at the recipe now:
Ingredients:
1/4 cup beasan
3 tbsp rice flour
3-4 big curry leaves sprigs
a pinch of cooking soda (optional)
1 tsp chilli powder (if you want spicy add more)
salt
hing powder
a generous pinch of ajwain
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
oil for deep frying.
Method:
1. Wash the curry leaves, pat dry and keep aside.
2. In a mixing bowl, add the besan, rice flour, red chilli powder, turmeric powder,hing powder, ajwain, salt and make a batter. Keep the batter for 30 minutes. If you are adding soda, add before preparin the bhajia. The batter should be bit thick consistency and coat the leaves well.
3. In a kadai, heat oiil. dip the curry leaves in batter and deep fry them till golden brown.
How to serve:
serve along with a cup of tea or coffee

It is raining heavily and my daughter wants to have something to eat before going for her classes. She asked me to prepare Bread pakoda i.e bread bhajia. Since I had some left over batter, the big curry leaves were lying in front of me, so thought of trying it and it turned out very well, tasty.
