Spicy wheat balls are made with wheat flour and some veggies. You can make without veggies also. Add some spices viz. chilli powder, bback pepper powder, green chilli, chopped coriander etc. to make it bit tasty as the wheat flour does not have a taste without these items except for chapati and puri.
This is a wholesome meal as it has dal, wheat flour, veggies and spices and can be served for breakafast, lunch, snack or dinner.

VAZHATHANDU BHAJIA, BANANA STEM BHAJIA
BANANA STEM OR VAZHATHANDU BHAJJI OR BHAJIA IS QUITE TASTY. IT CAN BE SERVED AS AN EVENING SNACK.
FEW BENEFITS ARE GIVEN BELOW;
Health benefits of the juice: Apart from helping to remove the stones from gall bladder, it also helps in reducing the weight, hyper acidity, people who are suffering from constipation, for diabetic patients and effective fro treating urinary tract infections.
Since it is bit time consuming to clean and cut the same, you can cut and store the same in fridge by putting it in the butter milk. But I recommend always use fresh ones.
Banana stem has got many health benefits, the most important one is to prevent the kidney stone. If you take juice of the same in the empty stomach, you will be relieved from the trouble of kidney stone.
We can make various dishes out of this. Since so many days, I wanted to make bhajia out of this. recently I made sabudana banana stem vada. we can make poriyal,pachadi, raita etc. out of this. We also use this for making killu karuvadam.

CORN GREEN PEAS FRITTERS l SNACK RECIPES
Corn and Green peas fritters I made with Sago and Potato. This is a yummy snack item, directly from tava to the plate with a cup of Coffee/Tea. If you have Corn and Green peas in the fridge, you can make it with potato also if someone comes to your house unexpectedly. At this point of time, you can avoid the sago.
This is a delicious snack item to be served hot from tava to the plate. You can serve it with chutney or sauce. Since my children like it with sauce, I did not bother to make the chutney.
CORN oil has been shown to have an anti-atherogenic effect on cholesterol levels, thus reducing the risk of various cardiovascular diseases.
The vitamin B12 and Folic acid present in Corn prevent anemia caused by a deficiency of these vitamins. Consumption of corn husk oil lowers plasma LDL cholesterol by reducing cholesterol absorption in the body. The consumption of corn kernels assists in the management of non-insulin dependent diabetes mellitus (NIDDM) and is effective against hypertension due to the presence of phenolic phytochemicals in whole corn.
