Sugar 1-2 tsp or Jaggery syrup
Ginger a small piece
Water
Subja (Optional)
Lime Juice.
Method:
Step 1
Wash the flowers and remove petals. Boil one cup water with crushed ginger.
Put the flowers in it, switch off gas, cover and keep aside for 20 minutes.
Step 2
Strain the water in a glass. Cool it. Add sugar or jaggery syrup, lime juice and stir well.
Chill in refrigerator or add ice cubes and serve.
HOW TO SERVE:
Serve chilled garnished with Pudina leaves, Subja. If you are using subja, soak in water and then add.
