Colacasia I Arbi I Chembu subzi is very tasty to serve along with Chapati. Like Potato subzi I have made this dish today. In case you want to add other masalas and prepare you can do so. But today, this is like potato subzi style.

1/2 Tomato
1 Small Onion
1 Green Chilli,
1/2 Tsp Ginger garlic paste
Salt
1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 Kokum peetal
Coriander leaves chopped,
2 tsp Oil
1 tsp Mustard seeds
1/2 tsp Cumin seeds.
Chopped coriander leaves for garnishing.
Step 1
Boil the colacasia, peel skin, cut and keep aside.
Step 2
Heat oil in Kadai. Add Mustard seeds and Cumin seeds. When it splutters, add Onion, Green chilli. Add ginger garlic paste, Salt and Turmeric Powder, saute welll. Add tomato and cook till mushy.
Add little water, Kokum, Colacasia pieces and cook till the spice is blended with the subzi. Add chopped coriander leaves.
How to serve:
Serve with Chapati, Phulka
