AJWAIN PATHA SHARBAT II PANIKOORKA ELAI SARBAT II KANNIKOORKA ELAI SARBAT

This leaves are having several health benefits. From childhood, we have seen mother using this leaves for making Kadha, putting it on the head of the children slightly warming it with oil. I make bhajia out of this leaves which is awesome. There are other several dishes made out of this leaves which can be seen in my blog itself. 
 
Let us look at the recipe 
 
 
 
 

 
Ingredients: 4 Ajwain Patha, 
Small piece of Ginger, 
Salt, 
Sugar or Jaggery, 
Green chilli, 
Chilled water or Ice cubes, 
Lime juice. 
Subja is optional.
 
Step 1
 
Wash the leaves, remove stem. Put the leaves, Ginger in mixer with little water and grind to a smooth paste.
 
Step 2
 
Add more water, salt, sugar or jaggery. If you like, add chopped green chilli. Add subja and serve chilled.
