If you have left over Dal Palak or Dal, you can make paratha out of it. Add masalas as per your taste and wish, make dough out of it, roll out paratha and enjoy.
Ingredients:
Bachi hui dal Palak (left over dal palak) 3/4 cup Wheat Flour, Green Chilli paste
Chopped Coriander leaves,
Ginger garlic paste (Optional),
White sesame seeds (optional),
and any other masala as per your taste and wish,
Oil
Method:
In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients. Make a dough, if required add water. Pinch out small lemon sized dough, roll out paratha and cook both the sides till golden brown. Enjoy with Curd and Pickle.
