HEALTHY EGG VEGGIE OMLETTE

While making Breakfast the first question comes to our mind is what to make today.  Today, I came up with an interesting and Healthy recipe for the Children as well as elders.
Who will not like to eat eggs?  Along with it some veggies? Is n't it interesting?

Eggs are a very good source of inexpensive, high-quality protein. More than half the protein of an egg is found in the egg white, which also includes vitamin B2 and lower amounts of fat than the yolk. Eggs are rich sources of selenium, vitamin D, B6, B12 and minerals such as zinc, iron and copper.

So why are you wasting time.  Let us start cooking.

Let us look at the recipe now:


HEALTHY EGG VEGGIE OMLETTE


Ingredients:

1 Egg
1 Tsp grated carrot
1 tsp Chopped Onion
1 Tsp Chopped Capsicum
1 Tsp Chopped Tomato
1 Tsp Crumbled Paneer
1 Tsp smashed Potato (Opional)
1 Tsp Chopped coriander leaves

Black pepper powder, Chilli Powder, Salt as required

Oil/Ghee/Butter

Method:

Step 1

In a mixing bowl break the egg and whisk.  Add all ingredients in it except oil, mix well.

Step 2

Heat tava, add oil or ghee or butter and oil.  Pour the mixed batter in it and cook from both the sides.

How to serve:

Serve hot with toasted bread or plain bread as you wish.
