The process is same only replacing the rice flour with rava. Let us look at the recipe now:

Ingredients:
1 cup

Rava, suji,semolina

1 tsp wheat flour
1 onion finely chopped
Tempering:
2 tsp + 6 tsp

Gingelly oil

1 tsp

Mustard seeds

Urid dal

Chana dal

Method:
Step 1
Roast the rava in a non stick pan and keep aside.
Mix the water and curd. Take little mix of this and make paste of the wheat flour and add to the curd water mix. this is done to prevent the curd curdling.

Step 2
Take a plate, grease and keep aside. Heat 2 tsp oil in kadai. Add the mustard seeds. When it splutters, add the urid dal and chana dal. When it is done, add the mor milagai, curry leaves, asafoetida, onion and saute till onion is translucent.
Step 3
Add the curd water mix and bring to boil. add salt. When it comes to rolling boiling point, add the suji without forming lumps and keep on stirring continuously.
In between you have to add the remaining oil and cook till you get a mass dough and starts leaving the sides of the kadai.

Transfer to the greased plate.
Spread evenly by a greased spoon or wet spoon and allow to cool for 30 minutes.
Cut into desired shape square or diamond. Your Rava Morkali,mor kuzhu is ready.
How to serve:
Serve as it is or with some pickle.
